As always excellent service. Kayla as always professional and knowledgeable. Always friendly and shows a great deal of knowledge and has great customer service skills. Work was performed quickly once the problem was diagnosed. All the people at this location are great. I have other dealers closer to me but have always dealt with Lynch because I trust them to not only get the vehicle I want but also know they will take care of any problem I have. Tanner was attentive and answered all of my questions. If he didn't know the answer he found out quickly. After my service appointment I accidentally locked my keys in my car. 3 workers helped me unlock it using the kit from the used car lot side. All were so very kind and very fast!!! They didn't make me feel embarrassed about the situation at all which was nice. Our salesman we had when we purchased our 2024 truck was working. He remembered us and struck up a nice (non-salesy) conversation. It made us feel welcomed. (I can't remember his name but he is a retired cop.)

Very frustrating experience. We had an issue with our transmission in our truck, no one in the service department could tell us an ETA or what to expect. It was "we don't know" everytime we called to check in. I was told by the service department that the product was on a national backorder with no ETA. "it could be 1 week it could be 6 months, I have seen both" is what we were told. The parts game in for the vehicle, the dealership never informed us...my husband called to check in only to find out the truck was being worked on, and it would be finished that evening.....the amount of phone calls we had to the dealership and GM was a full-time job for two weeks. horrible communication from the dealership and GM. 2.5 weeks of pure frustration.

I went in for 2 recalls and a rear view camera problem. They fixed the recalls but not the camera problem. I left with the same camera angle problem. They put in a new camera but it did not fix it.

I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change and wasn’t told that it would take that long. Then I don’t agree with your business charging an extra 3% for credit cards. Tanner, the service advisor was excellent. He notified me of items that I may need to have replaced at the next service. I have been hearing what sounds like a bolt rolling around when driving my vehicle, particularly during turns. I paid $90 for the removal of some gravel! and this was not causing the noise. Noise is still present. Technician 820 - diagnosed and found braces under car full of rocks and dirt and body by pinch weld by drivers front door has rust holes and is also full of sand and dirt pulled out a piece of rusty metal Cause cleared and picked all debris out from frame, pinch weld, rust holes. Afterwards used air hose to get excess debris out. Test drive and noise is now gone

He C explained to me what they will be doing to replace my front sway bar links as well as about how long the wait will be. Tanner also explained the amennities available to me in the waiting area. My truck was in for a electrical issue with a switch, and a water leak coming from rear slider. Causing my headliner to show water damage. Electrical fix was understandable. But my warranty covers interior damage. Was told they will not cover a bad seal around rear slider. Which I don't understand, if I had a tear in a seat or anything. It would've been covered. Just doesn't make sense.

Took our Sierra in to the Lynch Superstore for an oil change, tire rotation and service. I also brought up a shuttering in the transmission under low speed acceleration. The service writer Dan searched and found a bulletin for a software update for the transmission control module, which they performed also. Truck was done in less than three hours and the transmission seems to be better. Great communication and better customer service!

had a Bolt EV in for new battery. Loved the loaner I was given while it was in for repair. Kayla was polite and professional. She kept me updated as to the progress of the repair. I went in for the first oil change and mentioned that the steering wheel squeaked every time I turned. They got my oil change done in the time frame they said and found a rubber boot that wasn’t clocked into place on the steering wheel. The annoying squeak is gone now.

My vehicle was detailed with the deluxe vehicle package which provides carpet & seat cleaning. I was disappointed the driver's seat did not come clean. It is understandable that may occur, I just wish someone had mentioned it to me when I picked up the car. Otherwise, the car was done beautifully. There was a bit confusion on the courtesy shuttle service I needed to use after the detailing was complete. Thankfully the service manager was able to pick me up.

My trade was lower than expected, I noticed somethings strange. The dealership looks nice and large from the outside, yet in some little things tells me they must not be doing so well. Like the salesman all have really old and one was even broke chairs. Then toss in the totally discolored really small 10 plus year old single monitors. It just made the place seem just a bit less then. While I was given a really nice hat to go with my $44k plus car. I was given a green bucket.... I was forced to buy a crazy expensive $225 Charging adapter so I could use Tesla Superchargers when I could have spent less then half that for one online. Yet if don't use the one the dealer has it could cost me my warranty. The charger, is just not comfortable to use compared to others I have used on other cars. The salesman I had was very knowledgeable and helpful. Again, the sale was okay, just don't understand why the dealers workspaces are not kept more up to date so it looks as modern as the rest of the place. I would say it makes it looked nickel and dime to death.... With all the cars they sell they should have decent chairs and monitors to help people order their cars...... Just my thoughts and how I would review this experience.

Complete rip off. Asked them to diagnose why my truck stopped running. Told me it would cost $175. Didn't diagnose a thing. Just told me I need a new engine for $15K. Thats more than I paid for the truck. I thought I would have been treated fairly since I am an employee but they charged me more than double what they quoted and did not do anything I asked. When I complained about it they were extremely rude and intimidating. Honestly might file small claims against them.

My 24 Blazer RS- EV was in for a rapid right direction blinker. The job was more than a bad bulb. I always have great service, my only complaint for this visit would be that I did not receive a call or text when my vehicle was done. My oil change was schedule for 8 am, I called in the afternoon to see if it was done and it was. Not a big deal, just something I noticed.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. Typical experience, I dropped off the vehicle walked around the lot a little looking for another vehicle. Read, and then the service was done. My only issue was the % to use a credit card to pay, while I understand why it is passed to consumers. I don't agree large corporations should pass it on to the consumer.

Didn’t notice that my water pump is leaking at the safety inspection when I bought it nor during the inspection when it was taken back there also told them there’s a rattling noise in the front end. They claimed everything is fine. Well took it to LYNCH in West Bend and they said the Pittman is bad. Also, you guys replaced my axle seal and it is still leaking after replacement. Also did my alignment and the alignment still off due to the fact that the Pittman arm is bad. Try getting a hold of the sales manager and general manager of the store numerous times nobody will get back to me worst experience I have ever dealt with in my life and a car dealership. luckily, the power chain warranty, covered the water pump and my extended warranty covered the Pitman arm however, I still have to pay $300 for diagnosis and an alignment which Lynch should be paying for 100% especially due to the fact that my vehicle is Lunch certified, but nobody will get back to me, so guess I’m stuck with that.

Well, there was a problem with my car that OnStar sent me a message. The dealership said don’t worry about it. Everything looks OK and my car broke down on the way driving home from the dealership. So I’m not sure where was the disconnect, there was no warning lights on yet, but OnStar connected the problem and when I contacted them when the car quit running, they did a diagnostic check and told me what the problem was. If this was available, I am surprised the dealership didn’t do it as well when I was there so I wouldn’t have had a situation driving home from the dealership and a car breaking down and me getting stranded in the cold weather. I don’t trust the opinions of the dealership. This is the second time they can’t find issues with my vehicle.

The biggest complaint that I have is that I was given an EV for my rental. I live 30 miles from the dealership and 24 miles from home to work. I was told that I had 300 miles on the charge. I used 50 miles of charge on my way to work the first day, traveling actual miles. I am more familiar today with an EV than I was last week. The vehicle (a GMC Hummer EV) was great. I just had no idea how or where to charge it. I was actually told not to charge it. I figured it out and did charge it, or I would not have made it to the dealership to turn it in. The only other complaint, and it is a minor complaint, that I have was communication between the service department and me. I would like to have known more of the progress on my car and the prediction of when it was possibly going to be done.

Had a mouse nest under hood with replacement of wires. Work was done and. No further issue. The problem I have is… after paying 500.00 in repairs, the next day low washer fluid light came on in which should have been topped off with oil change recently, clearly was not. Then, they didn’t even clean the nest out! I took a brush to get the fuzzies and debris out. Then, vacuumed the nest out. If I’m paying for a service, please just complete it properly. I may decide to take elsewhere where the job is completed.
