Charitable Giving and the Lynch Family Charity Golf Outing

The Lynch Family of Dealerships Charity Golf Outing is the group’s signature fundraising event. Proceeds benefit the Green Beret Foundation, a national nonprofit that provides emergency and ongoing support to Special Forces soldiers, their families, caregivers, and survivors. The event brings business leaders, customers, and neighbors together for a day on the course, and the funds raised go directly toward that mission.

Beyond the outing, the Lynch Family of Dealerships contributes thousands of dollars annually to community programs and organizations. We are candid about the limits: it is not fiscally possible to honor every request submitted each year. We do our best to help local people and events, with particular attention to those who shop locally and support our business.

Our dealership also supports Burlington-area organizations that serve families facing hardship, including Love, Inc. and the Transitional Living Center. That support takes the form of both monetary donations and volunteer hours from our staff, including help stocking local food pantries.

Recognizing First Responders and Military Personnel

The Lynch Family of Dealerships First Responder Recognition Program is open to first responders, police, fire, EMT, and military personnel. Lynch Chevrolet GMC of Burlington is a participating location. Qualifying first responders receive:

• A $500 discount off any new vehicle
• 10% off all service work, with some exclusions
• Complimentary vehicle pickup and drop-off within five miles of the dealership
• A free car wash with service work

Paired with the Green Beret Foundation as the beneficiary of our annual golf outing, this program reflects where a meaningful share of our community effort is directed: toward the people who serve.

Investing in Local Students and Future Technicians

Skilled trades are the backbone of a dealership, and we open our doors to students considering that path. We have hosted Burlington High School trades students for a tour of our facility, and welcomed students from Elkhorn Area High School through Lynch GM Superstore, Lynch Truck Center, and LDV, Inc. Investing in local youth is something we take seriously, and these visits let students see service bays, technicians, and career paths up close rather than in a brochure.

Our support for young people in the area also extends to youth athletics and school programs. We provide financial support and equipment to local leagues, including Little League teams and high school athletic programs, and we participate in school fundraisers that fund extracurricular activities, classroom supplies, and student programs that might otherwise face budget constraints.

Lynch GM Superstore is a Partner Plus corporate partner of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce. Partner Plus members make an investment above their annual partnership and are named as sponsors on the Chamber’s website and at all four of the Chamber’s major events: the Annual Dinner, ExB Days, the ExB Open, and the Annual Parade. That membership keeps us connected to the organizations and business owners who know where local needs actually are.

Our staff includes long-time Burlington residents, which is part of why those connections hold. We also serve customers well beyond the city limits, from the farms of the Town of Spring Prairie to families in the Town of Waterford who spend their weekends on the Fox River, along with drivers in Racine, Waterford, Waukesha, Kenosha, Lake Geneva, and Milwaukee.

2. 2Select Lynch GM Superstore as the location. This sends your request to our store rather than another Lynch rooftop.
3. 3Include your purpose and amount. Tell us what the request is for and how much you are asking for.
4. 4List the local businesses you patronize. Supporting the businesses that support you is part of how we evaluate requests.
5. 5Note any special considerations. Anything we should know while reviewing the request.
