I bought my GMC through lynch and purchased the warranty. My vehicle broke down and we called lynch to get an appointment. It was Saturday and they said they couldn't get it in til friday. We then asked about a courtesy car they said they only would give us one for the day it was being fixed. So I would have been without a vehicle for a week unless we paid for a rental. Despite already spending all that money at lynch and my fiance bought a truck and warranty with lynch within the same year which they already looked up and could see prior to the manager talking to us. We had to speak to a manager and explain the situation and he said he would get back to us after looking into my warranty to see if there was something he could do. We didnt hear back from him. We knew the store was closing in a hour and 30 mins . We drove to lynch since an hour passed and the store was closing soon. After showing up they gave us a rental to use for the time I didnt have my car. They got it fixed by Wednesday but I feel like that was only because we had a rental car we weren't being charged for. All repairs that needed to be done was covered under my warranty that I paid a hefty price for . It was ashame that we had to go through the ringer for customer service. You'd think seeing that within our house hold the amount of money we spent there they would have offered us a courtesy vehicle since they couldn't fix the car for atleast a week and with it still being under warranty. Especially since the lady who works there said they always over schedule during the holidays. Glad it was fixed earlier, but like I said I feel like they just wanted their rental back. Lynch really missed an opportunity to go above and beyond and it would have been a story I shared to everyone about how they take care of their customers but instead when asked I tell them how we had to fight and go through all this nonsense.
