I came into the parts department to pick up and purchase mud flaps for my recently purchased 2018 truck. I was there for approximately 55 minutes and I was the only one there. Between training a new person and some policy changes in how to rewrite up this purchase I was there close to 45 minutes longer than necessary. Needless to say I am not a pleased customer

I had a excellent experience at your dealership, the sales associate was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable . I never felt pressure to buy, in some cases other dealerships continue to call and pressure me yours did not.

As in the past we were greeted by your service writer. We went inside to complete the paperwork. He asked if we were waiting. Said we were waiting. Told us about the waiting area. He said it will be about an hour and they will come to get us. We sat in the waiting area. Had a coffee and watched TV.
I came in for an oil change and brought my own oil. The work order said to use customer oil. They put some of their oil into the truck and realized I brought my own oil. They then top filled with my oil. They asked my wife what she would like to do, they should have drained it all out and reimbursed me for my oil also. I now have 2 different oils in my vehicle and need to figure out what to do. Not happy.
