A rear mud flap was hanging loose. Service reattached the flap, inspected the others, all in a very short time. I was not charged for this minor service, which I appreciated very much. I wouldn't take my Buick any place else for repair and maintenance.

I purchased my car from Lynch in November. I took the car in for an oil change, top off fluids, rotate tires. Going on a long trip. Received call next day that my car had been damaged (rear right bumper). They did get me a rental for my two week vacation but it then took them 6 weeks to fix my car. When I finally got to go pick up my car it had been damaged on the left side passenger door. It took us 1 1/2 hours to finally get the dealership manager to ok them to fix the door w/o charge. I brought in the car w/o a scratch. After 7 weeks at the dealership I finally got my car back in one piece. Yes I did have the rental all that time and yes I did put on 4200 miles. They still charged me $200.00 for the rotation of the tires, new wiper blades, oil change, and filters. I am very unhappy and if I did not have a warranty with them I would never go back.

My experience at Lynch's service dept was great. I thought I needed new tires, but my service technician, Dan, said I could wait until before winter when there would likely be rebates for GM card members. I really ended up needing brake pads and rotors instead....so glad I had that done. My tech was honest, courteous, and very informative. I will definitely be back and will always recommend Lynch Superstore for service!

My experience was with the body shop for minor repair to my car. The manager gave me an estimate, which I decided I would pay out of pocket since it was just a bit over my insurance deductible. He then said he may be able to lower the estimate a little more. The revised estimate was saisfactory to me, and the work was done in one day. I am so pleased with the results. My Buick Encore is as perfect as when I purchased it. Beautiful job!
Was very upset to not even have this 2015 YUKON XL 3 weeks. Driving it in heavy rain and had water pouring in by the center roof console right in front of the moonroof. Don't feel this leakage problem was something that just happened in our owning this vehicle in this short time. However, hoping the leaking issue was truly just the satellite antenna and not the moonroof which is also known to leak in these vehicles. We are still concerned. Thanks.

REceived politely. Someone in another office was kind enough to loan me a chair that was easier to get up from. The ones in the waiting area are hard for senior citizens to rise up from. Wait time was a bit longer than predicted but ok.
