When I called and made the appointment I inquired about the pricing and I was quoted a price of $59.99 so that is what I would expect to pay. I was charged $69.99 and when I questioned the pricing and took the time to explain that I was quoted a price of $59.99 I was told well that’s because your truck takes 8 quarts of oil. The person that made my appointment pulled up my information on your system so I should have been quoted the correct price. By the way I purchased my truck new from your dealership. Holz Chevrolet charges $10.00 less for the same oil change and also offers a $5.00 coupon on line. That’s $15.00 less then I was charged at Lynch.

Had our vehicle we just purchaed on 5/6/19 in at the end of June for routine scheduled service oil change, tire rotation and asked for service to look in to what we felt is a slip in the transmission as it shifts gears while accelorating. When asked what was found all the Tech said as he walked away is that he test drove the vehicle and it shifts like a normal V8 engine, you only test drove it, no diagnostic ran on it, really? Well being concerned at a heavy vibration in the front end thinking its a wheel that was out of balance, was told the vibration is coming from the front differential of the transmission in lieu of an unbalanced wheel. We do not feel this tranmission issue just arose with this used vehicle, it was kept hidden from us. We as customers will need to have this transmission issue resolved with our CPO warranty that is in place with our vehicle purchase. We were told the front struts were replaced on the vehicle by the salesman and that was not correct information as the front ones are leaking and guess what the back ones are all rusty and leaking too, hmm, this occurred in our 6 weeks of owning it, We do not thinks so. Who ever inspected this vehicle must not have looked into anything noted on your vehicle inspection list, they just made check marks on the inspection lists. Emailed our salesman and we are still waiting for a response as to how we are going to resolve the issue, that was more than likely kept hidden, no response yet. We asked for maintenance/repair records prior to our purchase and was told they do not have access to this information, not true as any GM dealership can view any other GM dealership maintenance and repairs. Also said they could not provide previous owner information, which is not true. If we would have received the previous maintenance data prior to signing the papers, you would not have had a sale and the salesman would not have got his commission either. Feeling sabotaged!
A rear mud flap was hanging loose. Service reattached the flap, inspected the others, all in a very short time. I was not charged for this minor service, which I appreciated very much. I wouldn't take my Buick any place else for repair and maintenance.
Our goal is to provide top-notch service so we appreciate your kind words about your experience. The whole Lynch Superstore service team would like to thank you for coming in and we hope to see you again in the near future.
