My car was leaking(pouring) oil, and I called, you had a tow truck come to my house, drop the car off, did the work, and didn't charge me anything.....THAT GOES ALONG WAYS IN MY EYES!!!! I appreciate that very much!! Thank you

When I purchased my duramax. I was sold hard to purchase extended warranty. Bumper to bumper! Covers everything! I have never been closed harder n Iwasby the finance guy. Would not let me leave leave with out it. I ended up purchasing it. Spent $600 yesterday on an air heater. He was a hard closing salesmen as he makes great commission on service contracts. Fraud comes to mind when I think of Lynch. Always feel a little slimy when I leave Lynch. My warranty is now over , I will never step foot in this place again.
The work was great and my service manager was very helpful and kept me a breast of what was happening. I was very happy the GM did step up and help to cover some of the expenses regard this engine failure so close to just coming out of warranty. That being said it would have been nice for Lynch to help me fight for that assistance from GM and not just leave me to fend for myself. I was also a little disappointed in two way when I picked up my vehicle. After a compete engine rebuild and other issues repaired with a total expense of 3K plus what GM covered I was a little taken aback that Lynch didn't run the vehicle through the car wash for me. I didn't expect to have to car detailed but after having the car for 7/8 days and I get it back dirty... COmeon I thought Lynch was better than that ! I did get the free car wash coupon... the very same free basic car wash coupon I get when I have my oil changed... seems a little lazy and really a less than sincere thank you for being a customer. Also the day I had the engine failure I had just filled up the tank of gas... With all of the test driving etc. required to make sure all the repairs where done, I was a little disappointed to receive the vehicle back with less than half full.
Came in for a few issues, had photo and video evidence of the issues because they are not consistent. Refused to resolve as 'it didn't happen here' well that is kinda the point of something that is not consistent... Maybe it's time to look for a new dealer to work on my vehicles
I’ve purchased 4 new higher end vehicles from Lynch in the past 10 years. I was a bit disappointed that I now cannot get nitrogen filled tires or complementary car washes (whenever I request) as I was promised with my previous purchase.
