Alfredo was excellent. I had brought the truck in for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. I had told Kayla that there was a vibration and some grinding when towing a trailer. I picked it up last Friday and drove it up north, over 600 miles. It shook all the way there and back. I called Alfredo Tuesday morning and he personally took care of everything. Drove it and tested it after it was done to make sure. The balancing is perfect now.

Went to get my tired patched up since I had to constantly put air in it, just to wake up this morning to a completely flat tire. Terrible service, I would like to be reimbursed or have someone come fix my car that I cant drive now.

My 2019 silverado with just over 6000 miles was in for a transmission overheating issue while towing. A quick search while I was stuck on the side of the road revealed this is a common problem on these trucks. Temps exceeded 275 degreee for most of my 1600 mile trip and I was forced to pull over 3 times. I was told that nothing was wrong with the truck and leveling kit and slighlty larger tires was the problem. I mentioned what I had found about the trans cooler line thermostat possibly causing his issue and they said that wasn't it. The fluid was red an not burnt and everything was fine with no codes. I have multiple pictures ranging from 245 to 285 degrees when it would prompt me to pull over and idle the engine. Normal operating temps should be under 200 degrees. My trailer is 5200# loaded and the truck is rated for 12500#. I dont understand how that can be the response I get blaming the small lift and tires when you sell factory lifted trucks that are taller and have larger tires. Will those trucks do the same thing? Can I pull my trailer with it to prove there is nothing wrong with mine? All in all just very disappointed to spend so much and have a truck now that doesn't perform as advertised.

My car wouldn't start, and I called my Lynch dealership. The nice young man advised me to have it towed in (he even gave me a towing co. phone number). Even though they were, no doubt, busy with work that had appointments, they squeezed me in, and fixed the problem. I went to pick up my car, and after settling up, asked where it was located. It had been brought right up to the door, running, and ready to go! They are the best!!
