All personnel that I interacted with were courteous and were happy to answer all my questions. Had oil changed pointed out tear in steering wheel. Stated we must have cut it. I am 70 my wife 63. We don’t eat in car or use sharp objects. Said wife’s ring cut it. Diamond does not stick out. Not satisfied with no service help
