I brought my leased vehicle in because of a faulty battery. I had to pay over $200 for it because the 3 yr/36000 mile warranty expired in November 2019 and my lease doesn't end until May 2020. This wasn't explained to me by the salesman when I leased the vehicle. I assumed it would be 3 years from my lease date. Otherwise my experience is always good at the dealership.

Too many individuals are involved on making the sale take place. likely this is by a sales design. Just to get more cooks in the kitchen. This results in some misunderstanding what was said and what was committed too. On both sides of the sale

Very pleased that the technician did not entice me to buy new tires (great rebate sale going on right now) even though my tires are worn. They could have easily scared me into buying a whole new set, but they were honest and said I would make it through the winter. That gave me all the confidence to be a repeat customer. Come spring, new tires, but now I have an idea at how much to save up. Thanks Dan!

Evan and Reed, are a good team. Reed is learning and just needs more confidence, which time will provide. Evan is an excellent sales person. Does need to learn to say, “I don’t know, but I will find out.” Overall a refreshing vehicle purchasing experience.
