My only disappointment is that I didn't have a overview of how everything works. After reading through the owners manual I was able to find out how to work the interior lights, find out that there is a key inside the keyless transmitter and a few other little things. Otherwise everything was good.

The service work went really nice and was done in a timely manner. I had asked for a tire rotation. And it doesn't look like they did it. Also I always have synthetic oil put in my car. But the work order says it was regular oil. So I'm not sure what was actually done for sure.. Rob was my service rep this time. Could someone please let me know what was actually done.?

I came into the parts department to pick up and purchase mud flaps for my recently purchased 2018 truck. I was there for approximately 55 minutes and I was the only one there. Between training a new person and some policy changes in how to rewrite up this purchase I was there close to 45 minutes longer than necessary. Needless to say I am not a pleased customer
