Techs were completely honest about the problem with my truck and the needed repair and cause. I had the repair done elsewhere, though still through GMC, because they paid 2/3 of the repair costs. Kinda like admitting that they screwed up. With out the honesty of the team at Lynch, I would have been stuck with the whole $1800 for a new catalytic converter.
The process was painless! I was treated fairly through the entire process, didn't encounter any surprises and walked away with a great new vehicle! I would highly recommend making your next purchase with the Lynch Family of Dealerships!
